The BC Series manages the complete bending sequence—from initial sheet positioning to final forming—without manual intervention, delivering 0.01 mm repeatability on every bend, from the first panel to the millionth. The system handles complex multi-bend components, including structural automotive parts, electrical enclosures, modular kitchen panels, and steel furniture, in a single automated cycle, reducing cycle time and eliminating the handling damage associated with manually repositioning sheets.
Available in five models with bending sizes ranging from 1000 × 1250 mm to 3000 × 1250 mm, the BC Series is backed by GMT’s factory-trained service network across Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Kochi, ensuring maximum uptime from day one.
The BC Series is ideally suited for high-volume, consistent product lines such as enclosures, cabinets, appliances, and racks using sheet thicknesses of up to 2 mm. It is not intended for high-mix, low-volume job work.
