FluxAir, the in-house brand of Flux Equipments Pvt Ltd, has been developed by leveraging the company’s extensive experience in compressor technology.
Designed to deliver lower downtime and improved energy efficiency, the FluxAir range features Internal Permanent Magnet Synchronous (IPM) Motors with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), available in capacities ranging from 7.5 kW to 250 kW.
This future-ready technology enables power savings of up to 35 percent, making FluxAir compressors a cost-effective solution for industrial applications.
Unlike conventional screw compressors driven by squirrel cage induction motors, FluxAir compressors incorporate air-cooled IPM synchronous motors, which offer superior energy efficiency, particularly under low-voltage operating conditions. By efficiently modulating motor speed (RPM) and power consumption (kW), the compressors deliver enhanced performance while significantly reducing energy usage.
Designed to suit Indian industrial operating conditions, FluxAir compressors can operate efficiently within a voltage range of 365 V to 470 V, ensuring consistent performance even during voltage fluctuations.
The IPM motors are designed without drive-end and non-drive-end rotor shaft bearings, minimising wear and eliminating bearing-related maintenance throughout the motor’s service life.
To further improve reliability, FluxAir compressors eliminate unnecessary control valves, reducing potential breakdowns and inventory costs. In addition, only stainless steel piping with hydraulic fittings is used in place of rubber or other non-metallic tubes, ensuring long-term, leak-free operation.
